The hotel has a central location which is great for exploring the city, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was also quite clean.
There were a lot of negative aspects to the hotel. The decor was outdated and shabby, and the room amenities were lacking.

Our stay was amazing! The hotel’s location was perfect, very close to the Red Square, with the Sheremetevo Express and metro within walking distance. The room was beautiful, with unique artistic decor and a comfortable bed. The bathroom was spotless and equipped with all necessary amenities. The service was exceptional, with the staff being extremely friendly and helpful. the breakfast included delicious pastries and a wide variety of teas and coffees. The hotel also provided many facilities, such as a well-stocked mini-bar and unlimited toiletries. Lastly, the view from the hotel was breathtaking, with a picturesque landscape of the city’s skyline.

Stylish and artistic, this boutique hotel offers an exclusive and charming atmosphere, with unique rooms featuring antique furniture and original paintings, perfect for luxury-seeking travelers. Private facilities, including a sauna and a fitness center, cater to guests' high-end needs. The location is also very convenient, close to major attractions and public transport.
While the service is generally satisfying, there was a minor issue with the check-in process, which could have been more efficient. However, this is easily balanced by the luxurious and exclusive amenities that this hotel provides, making it an ideal choice for a memorable stay.

This hotel was a great option for a city break. The location was just right - everything we wanted to see and do was within walking distance or a short cab ride away. The breakfast was a real treat - we loved trying out new Russian dishes we would never have tasted otherwise. Plus, the room had a lovely view of a historic building that we enjoyed waking up to every morning.
The dated decor in the room. It was a bit of a shock when we first walked in but we soon got used to it.
